Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa - Adults-Only (16+)

Felt completely spoiled. There is something truly special here. Starting with the staff, Adam especially made our stay feel extra lovely from the moment we arrived. The welcome at the front door set the tone right away, and the restaurant team was warm, fun, and genuinely engaging. Even the small details, like the thoughtful messages and personal touches along the way, made it clear that everyone here goes above and beyond. The room view was stunning, the kind of picture perfect scene that makes you pause for a moment just to take it in. The bed was dangerously comfortable, the kind that makes you briefly consider cancelling all plans and ordering room service forever. And I have to mention the phone in the room that lets you call for bubbles, which might be one of the most charming and slightly dangerous features I have ever encountered. This was my first time visiting Victoria, and I can honestly say I would stay at Brentwood Bay every time I come back. It feels tucked away and peaceful, yet it was easy to get downtown and close to a golf course as well, which made the location feel like the best of both worlds!

Cant say enough good things about Brentwood Bay Resort. We went on a very spur of the moment trip - my husband and mum and I - to celebrate an early Christmas and see Butchart Garden lights. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed, beautifully furnished with a gorgeous view over the Marina Harbour. We ate 3 meals in the Pub and we all loved our food. But what makes the resort really stand out is the staff. From our first greeting by Ada at check in, to all of our interactions with the restaurant staff, Shay on the front desk, and Tracey the manager ….without exception staff members were kind, attentive and made you feel like they genuinely care about your guest experience. The resort is lovely but the staff give it its heart. We can’t wait to return , and highly recommend Brentwood Bay Resort to anyone. Our beautiful stay created wonderful Christmas memories that will last a lifetime

Arbutus room is a very good restaurant, food, atmosphere and service were all great. Pub is great too. Rooms have decks with stunning ocean and mountain views of marina, mill bay ferry and bay.

I was supposed to be here on business - maybe I found heaven. Board retreat, 36 hours of meetings over a weekend. And we had a great time because the rooms are so well designed, the landscaping of the property and that VIEW Heaven to me ( I’m a Dad of teenage kids and manage staff ) is ironing my shirts with Nespresso beside a fire. And that view!!! Ate in our board room but often in the restaurant too. They are not fast LOL but the food is top tier, so creative and delicious. Watching the Ferry come and go, what a place for a group and to rest alone each night and morning was amazing. The cleaning staff must be students as they are boisterous, fun and always remembered my coffee preferences. Much appreciated.

really nice quiet getaway resort in Brentwood bay. Central location makes exploring the surrounding area really easy with a vehicle. Great rooms, great views. Pub is nice for a late drink and cards. Didn't get to try the restaurant but had a lovely vibe from what I could tell but was on the more expensive side. The pool and hot tub were a little lack luster - the hot tub could have been hotter and deeper with a little bit more filtering and cleaning on the bottom. A little cold for the pool but in the summer i'm sure it's awesome. Overall a good retreat for a couple days 4/5

Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well designed, the staff is friendly and professional, and the spa and pools are a great way to unwind. Dining on-site is enjoyable, with quality food and a lovely setting. Spent 2 nights in the Arbutus Suite for my birthday. Everything at this resort is exceptionally clean. Food from both the Arbutus Room and Pub is fantastic. But what really makes this resort amazing is the customer service. EVERY employee we dealt with was polite and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this resort!

Our experience at the resort in early September was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend staying there. We’ve been regular guests since 2006 and have always had great experiences. The fact that we keep returning speaks for itself. The view from the rooms overlooks Mill Bay. Sitting on the deck looking out over the marina is a wonderful experience. The rooms are luxurious, quiet, and spotless. The food at the pub and restaurant is and always has been delicious. It’s also close to Butchart Gardens, one of our favorites. On arrival, there was a mechanical problem in our room (not the fault of the resort). They handled the issue swiftly and courteously. A big shout out to Jodie who was at the front desk when we arrived and the manager, Tracy. Thanks for taking such good care of us. We look forward to returning.
